    Description

Rincon Belle Extn Lode 18.3 acre lode claim originally located by Keith Hodson in 1991 and subsequently owned by other parties, relocated in 2015. I purchased the claim a number of years back as an investment for substantially more in cash/trade than i am asking. This exceptional claim borders the extremely productive fee pay dig site at Rainbow Ridge Mine (right across the property line to the east side) and is on the same geological formation and deposit. On the west side of the claim on the same opal producing fault is the old MayDay Opal Mine which has been a proven producer since 1949 or before.  Substantial potential and the opal bearing fault from Rainbow Ridge crosses the middle of the claim all the way thru to the Mayday Mine.   WITH SOME HEAVY EQUIPMENT AND SERIOUS WORK YOU COULD BE
    THE NEXT
RAINBOW RIDGE MINE AND A MAJOR PRODUCER OF PRECIOUS OPAL. The claim serial number is
    NMC#
    NMC1117410
    and new MLRS#
    NV101847983.

You can click on the above link to go to BLM website to verify the claim.  This would normally be worth at least 5k but due to the current financial situation in our country afterC-19 and now world turmoil, who knows....  The value will eventually go back up when the markets and world stability returns.  Here is your chance to get the opal claim of a lifetime....
HISTORY:  An unpatented precious opal lode mining claim/mine, located in the NE¼ section 22, T45N, R26E, MDM. Adjoins/borders the west side of the patented Rincon Belle Mine (fee dig) of the Rainbow Ridge Opal Mine group. Originally located by Keith Hodson (then-owner of the Rainbow Ridge Mine) in 1991 as an extension of the in-place lode deposits within the bordering patented Rincon Belle claim of the Rainbow Ridge Opal Mine, and held/worked by Hodson until 1997 when the annual mining assessment papers were not recorded, legally invalidating the claim. Thereafter relocated by Casey Betts and held until 2015 when the claim was invalidated for failure to maintain it by performing and recording work or paying annual claim fees. Relocated in October 2015 by  Wentzell, who sold it to me, and currently (11/2016-present) owned by Craig Boyce (dba Gempire Mines).  Prior to 1991 at some point the claim was held under another name by McKay.  Hodson did assessment work in the early 1990s at two points proving the opal bearing formation within the claim, which Wentzell witnessed at the lower excavation in 1994.

THE MOST IMPORTANT THING TO REMEMBER WHEN STAKING OR BUYING A MINING CLAIM IS NOT THE SCENERY, NOT THE OLD BUILDINGS, NOT THE TUNNELS OR WHAT HAS BEEN PRODUCED IN THE PAST.  THE CLAIM HAS TO HAVE A CURRENT, VALUABLE DISCOVERY....  CAN THE CLAIM BE MINED/DUG AND MATERIAL SOLD AT A PROFIT?  MOST CLAIMS LISTED HERE OR ELSEWHERE CANNOT MEET THAT CRITERIA, BUT THAT IS THE REALITY.  THIS CLAIM CAN BE MINED AND WORKED AT A PROFIT AND YOU HAVE PICTURES OF THE MATERIAL THAT PROVES THE CLAIM.  DO OTHER CLAIM SELLERS HAVE THIS SAME PROOF?  DON'T BUY A CLAIM THAT YOU CAN'T WORK OR SELL MATERIAL FROM.  BUY A PROVEN CLAIM!!!
See the CLICKABLE LINKS ABOVE and mining claim links below for more info and details.  I have more photos and video on my website too!  Feel free to ask any questions beforehand.  GPS of all corner markers, location monument, and discovery pit and exposures will be given to the buyer after payment is made.  I am willing to let you look at the claim first but I need to have your personal details so I know who is going to the claim so if any minerals are removed I know who took them.
Closest towns:  Denio, Nevada 89404 is about 38 miles to the east/northeast.
This is NOT a fee dig  (yet).  UNauthorized digging and mineral removal will be dealt with legally, sorry that I have to say this, but I have to protect the value in this claim.
GPS Coordinates and info will be given by private message to interested parties so I know who is going out there.  NO DIGGING WITHOUT MY PERMISSION IN WRITING.
All fees and filings for the claims are current, so it will continue to be valid.  It is current thru August 2022.  I can help you with the paperwork or you have to pay the 5 annual BLM fee PER CLAIM due by August 31, 2022 to hold it for 2023, and this process repeats each year, which I can help explain to you.  I have also included two blue links below to BLM information on mining claims.

    GENERAL MINING CLAIM INFO:
Please note that with Federal UNpatented mining claims on federal lands, you do NOT get the land, you get the mineral rights and deposit and the right to own and remove the minerals. You have to have a mining claim to dig and SELL what you find from federal lands.  You have two methods to keep the claim annually.  THE FIRST OPTION IS TO file the small miner waiver before September 1st (if you and all related parties have no more than 10 claims total) and do 0 worth of work on the claim, PER CLAIM, and file the annual labor with the county (-) and BLM (-) (combined cost about -).  THE SECOND OPTION IS TO pay the annual BLM maintenance claim fee of 5- PER CLAIM to hold the claim each year plus make an annual filing with the county for (total 9- yearly). All fees are current and you will not have to pay/file anything until late August 2022.  This is a very simple explanation.
