I do not know this items original usage or exact purpose so my title/description could be a little off!!
I do not see a brand or manufacturer on this item.
Please research and investigate before purchasing.
This item is presented on a nice wooden platform.
The brown paper like material that is around the coil part is brittle and coming apart at the seem on the underside. I’m sure it could be easily fixed however.
