The winning bidder must respond with their email, name, and mailing address within 24 hours. We will send the invoice and a contract to your email and will start creating the deed upon payment. We get deeds notarized on Wednesday of each week and mailed out to the county for recording on Thursday of each week.
You are bidding on the whole purchase price of the property. The winning bidder gets this parcel for the final bid price plus a 9 Doc/Prep/Closing fee. There are no financing options available and the full payment is due within 72 hours of winning.

How does this all work?

We will send you a contract and invoice. Payment is due within 72 hours from when the invoice is issued. We accept payment via Credit, Debit, PayPal, or ACH. We can also accept Venmo upon request.
After payment is received, we will begin creating your deed. Deeds are notarized on Wednesdays and sent out on Thursdays. We will send the deed to the county priority tracked mail for recording. We will scan and send you a copy of your deed as well as tracking information so you can track it on its way to the county.
The county will record the deed in your name and send the original recorded deed to you. This process usually takes about two weeks.
