SMD/SMT Soldering Practice Circuit Board Kit -Runway Lights
This is a board I designed for soldering practice. 147 items are to be placed on the board. 90 resistors, 5 resistor networks, 10 capacitors, 10 transistors, 20 LEDs, 10 diodes, one 555 timer chip, and one CD4017 decade counter/divider chip. A reference is on the back of the board to help with identifying the parts.
Once power is applied, 2 rows of LEDs will cascade in a fashion resembling a set of runway lights. Contact me if you have questions or run into trouble.
Note: this kit is not designed to teach how to solder SMD parts, but to practice what you've learned. Experience with soldering equipment is required.
