Rare placer gold mining claim in Section 24 Rye Patch, Nevada

I have a PREMIUM gold-producing un-patented placer mining claim for sale in the Rye Patch area of Nevada. This is the very last (and the best) claim that will be sold in Section 24.
Note: Things are happening in Rye Patch. I can't say too much right now but I do live up there full-time in a very nice mining camp that has been developed. Plenty of water for sluicing.
Claims in Section 24 rarely come up for sale as these have been locked in for many, many years.

Section 24 is without question the best Section in Rye Patch. Claims here have been held for generations.

This is a full 20 acre placer mining claim in the highly-desired northern half of Section 24. There are rolling hills and very deep washes.

The claim is on BLM land and you will receive a clear Quitclaim Deed giving you the mining rights forever.
This claim has NOT been worked in many years making this a premium claim.
Adventure #24-05 is prized due to many years of inactivity. It has not been worked in a very long time.
