Works when handle is turned, but batteries do not make the item work.
Battery contacts have a little corrosion.
Comes in original carry case. Measures 7" x 7" x 4.5"
Measures approx. 6" x 4.5"
No markings, but I believe this was made in Japan.
Very hard to find vintage toy!
